All sales are final. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns may only be considered in the event of a verified manufacturing defect, provided that the defect is reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product.
The Company reserves the right to inspect the product and make the final decision on any return or refund request.
